No Show & Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment with us, that time is allotted to you - and ONLY you.

 We do our best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, we ask that you keep your promise to us and show up for your appointment on time.

In the event that you need to cancel or change an appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 6 hours’ notice.

If you forget or cancel your appointment without the 6-hour notice, please understand that this may result in a charge of 50% of the service amount.

Any “no shows” will be charged 100% of the service amount, as it prevents us from using that time to service other clients who may wish to take that appointment time, so your consideration is greatly appreciated.

We recognise that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.

 

Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.

 

Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be required to pay for the “full” session.

 

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
